Hiring Information

Details for Live Virtual Events

Lecture/trunk show, virtual, 60 minutes: $250
Half day workshops, 3-4 hours: $350
*No Minimum engagement is required; Max of 20 students
*Up to 10 extra participants may be added at $35 per participant.

I will use my own Zoom Platform

Details for In-Person Events

Lecture/trunk show, in-person, 60 minutes: $300
Half day workshops, 3-4 hours: $450
*No minimum engagement required; Max of 20 students
*Up to 10 extra participants may be added at $35 per participant.

Travel and Accommodation Details for In-Person Events over 3 hours drive time outside of Richmond, VA which require overnight stays

  • I book my own airfare, train, bus, etc.

  • While I am open to staying at a guild member’s home, please note that due to health issues, I must stay in a home with NO SMOKING. Pets are ok.

  • A projector & screen (or HDMI TV) are requested for lectures along with electricity and extension cords (if available).

  • I will use my own laptop. A projector may be needed for sewing workshops.

  • A few tables are helpful to set up and share patterns, quilts, templates, and additional resources
